We've come along way since the podcast started...

When I started Leading Saints, it was a podcast and a hunch.

I kept meeting bishops, Relief Society presidents, and youth leaders who loved the Lord and felt completely alone in their callings.

However, I was quickly becoming the bottleneck.

If a topic needed to be discussed, I had to record the conversation.

Over 1,000 episodes later, I knew the content was helping.

I also knew people were drowning in it.

A new bishop doesn’t have time to dig through ten years of episodes to find the three that matter this week.

That’s why we built Zion Lab: one place where the best of everything we’ve learned is organized by calling, where you can ask questions and learn alongside other leaders who get it.
